Objectives This Agreement provides for the establishment of a Standing Joint Commission which shall be responsible for the promotion and development of closer relations between the Parties in the political, trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural fields. The Joint Commission shall have particular responsibility for the analysis and follow up of specific cooperation agreements concluded between the Parties.
